My Promise to You

Ultimately, a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. I promise to deliver a detailed report on all visible conditions of your home and make myself available to answer any questions that you may have.

A little bit about my background

In addition to being a certified home inspector I am a licensed general contractor. I have been actively involved in residential construction for just about 30 years, working on my own and as a project manager for the Neil Kelly Company in Portland, Oregon, which was recently listed as the number one remodeler in the United States by The Journal of Light Construction..
As a project manager, I organized and was responsible for well over 300 projects ranging from bathroom remodels to major house renovations. All of my jobs came in on or under budget and on schedule 90% of the time. Daily communication with my clients is one of my strengths.
Some other interesting notes on my resume:  I am a certified Passive House builder (B-1113 – Google PHIUS). I managed the construction of two houses for Habitat for Humanity, one in 2013 and the other in 2014, and both were so called, “blitz build” houses which meant that each of them were completed in less than two weeks time. Both houses were awarded LEED Platinum.  One of my Neil Kelly projects was a CotY/NARI award winner.

I look forward to working with you. Call me at 503.407.9763. You’ll be glad you did!
