Pendleton Renovation

The house at 4630 SW Pendleton in SW Portland was purchased in November of 2014 by Hummingbird Homes LLC to renovate and resale. The house, built in 1951, was in need of a complete renovation and was completely remodeled, including all new interior walls and spaces, all new mechanical systems, a new roof and landscaping and the addition of a master suite, two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, an office and an entertainment room.
